Jonathan Keller serves as the President and CEO of California Family Council (CFC). A recognized and respected speaker, he brings a wealth of experience in public policy and faith-based topics and an insightful perspective to his speaking engagements.
Under Jonathan’s leadership, CFC pursues our mission of “advancing God’s design for Life, Family, and Liberty through California’s Church, Capitol, and Culture.” Alongside local, state, and national allies, Jonathan guides CFC in shaping policies that promote the sanctity of life, the strength of marriages and families, and the necessity of religious freedom.
Uniquely, CFC is California’s only official “Family Policy Council” (FPC). This nationwide alliance of state-based organizations gives CFC a strategic partnership network that includes Focus on the Family, Alliance Defending Freedom, Family Research Council, and the California Southern Baptist Convention.
Before leading CFC, Jonathan began his career serving on staff with Right to Life of Central California. From 2003-2013, he worked to broaden the reach of the pro-life movement statewide. He also supported Lila Rose in launching Live Action, one of the most influential organizations in society today.
A testament to his commitment to service, leadership, and community, Jonathan holds the honor of being an Eagle Scout. His strong academic foundation from Fresno Pacific University has shaped his professional journey and commitment to ethical leadership.
Jonathan speaks passionately about his dedication to his family and his Christian faith. He and his wife Julia live in Central California with their two sons, where they are active members of Campus Bible Church.
