Kamala Harris Accused of Colluding with Planned Parenthood while California AG

Pro-life undercover journalist David Daleiden recently reveal documents indicating Vice President Kamala Harris allegedly abused her power while the Attorney General of California. According to Daleiden’s attorneys, Harris colluded with Planned Parenthood to punish him for his investigative work that exposed Planned Parenthood officials selling fetal body parts, a violation of federal law.

As Attorney General, Harris aggressively pursued criminal charges against Daleiden and had materials seized from his apartment in 2016, including the undercover video footage. Her office, however, illegally gave that video footage and other materials to the National Abortion Federation (NAF). At that point, NAF was in the middle of a civil lawsuit against Daleiden.

“Planned Parenthood, NAF, and the California Attorney General beginning with Kamala Harris colluded to silence my reporting on illegal fetus trafficking and to obstruct justice in ongoing investigations of their practices,” Daleiden recently stated in an interview.

“After the new evidence in NAF and Planned Parenthood attorney billing records of illegal collusion with the Attorney General’s office, and the on-the-record admissions from the prosecutor, the Superior Court has now ordered the Attorney General to produce further testimony about the extent of the office’s coordination with Big Abortion special interests in manufacturing the bogus and unconstitutional charges against me and my colleagues,” Daleiden said. “No matter how hard Planned Parenthood, Kamala Harris, and their associates have tried, the truth can no longer be buried.”

“This case is the most egregious abuse of prosecutorial power that I have ever seen and I was a trial and appellate lawyer in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for [30] years,” said Brent Ferreira, attorney for Daleiden.

According to this Fox News article, Deputy Attorney General Johnette Jauron, one of Kamala Harris’s appointees, “effectively admitted in May 2021 that she abused the powers of her office by giving the National Abortion Federation (NAF) that footage and other materials seized” from the 2016 raid.

When asked by Superior Court of San Francisco County Judge Christopher Hite about the evidence, clarifying that Daleiden’s rights in the criminal proceedings were different than his rights during the civil proceeding with NAF, Jauron responded that she had “provided NAF with everything that I provided Defendant [Daleiden].”

This statement implies that Kamala Harris’s office illegally gave the NAF the undercover video footage. Though now Jauron denies this happened, billing records suggest she did. The day after Daleiden’s apartment was raided and the video footage seized, Alexandra Laks, civil attorney for NAF, billed $262.50 to “Coordinate review of new videos.”

Big Abortion, of course, helped propel Harris into the Attorney General’s office in California and then into the senatorial seat. Planned Parenthood groups gave her a combined $81,000 during these campaigns.

Harris neglected to prosecute Planned Parenthood while Attorney General of California, as her predecessor Xavier Becerra, who now serves in the Biden administration, also declined to do, despite the compelling evidence that the abortion giant violated federal law. Instead, Daleiden’s home was raided just weeks after AG Kamala Harris met with Planned Parenthood executives.

The corrupt web that Big Abortion has spun is expansive. Daleiden uncovered deeply disturbing evidence of Planned Parenthood’s illegal practices, yet he has been accused of “deceptively editing” the footage that is quite clear in what it reveals.

It is extremely disappointing that some of California’s highest elected leaders, including the current Vice President, went to such extreme – and potentially illegal – lengths to silence the truth about the abortion industry.
